What is a Deployment Partnership?

A Deployment Partnership comes in two forms. In the first, the partner acts as Otera's service delivery arm - functioning as a subcontractor to implement and operate Otera's platform on behalf of clients. In the second, the partner is a fully entitled implementation partner, meaning they are certified to sell ARR directly to clients and execute the implementation independently, without Otera's direct involvement in delivery. This model is well suited for consultancies and SIs who want to build a repeatable Otera practice within their own organisation.

Which model is right for us?

That depends on your go-to-market motion, your delivery capacity, and how closely you want to be tied to client outcomes. Our partnerships team will work with you during onboarding to identify the right structure - and models can evolve as the relationship matures.
