We aim to hire the best talent globally. While we generally do not sponsor visas, we review individual cases where possible and assess options depending on the role and location.
We’re a global team with a flexible approach to how we work together.
We maintain legal entities in Austria, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, which allows us to employ talent directly in these regions.
In other locations, we offer alternative engagement options depending on what works best:

Employment Of Record Partner: We partner with Deel as our Employer of Record provider. Through Deel, we are able to hire internationally while ensuring compliance with local labor laws, payroll, and benefits administration.
We aim to keep our hiring process transparent, efficient, and respectful of your time. While steps may vary slightly by role, you can typically expect:
1.Application Review
Our team reviews your application and experience to assess alignment with the role.
2.Introductory/ Screening Call
A short conversation with our HR team to get to know you, your background, and your expectations.
3. Role-Specific Interview(s) with Hiring Manager/ Team Colleagues
You’ll meet with the hiring Manager to dive deeper into your skills, experience, and approach to work.
4. Case Study or Task (if applicable)
For some roles, we may ask you to complete a task to understand your practical approach better.
5. Final Conversation with Senior Leadership
A final discussion to align on expectations, answer any remaining questions, and ensure mutual fit.
6. Offer
If everything aligns, we’ll move forward with an offer and contract preparations
