With this partnership, TXP joins Otera’s implementation partners in the UK in a collaboration that combines Otera’s platform, which deploys AI decision agents to run full processes end-to-end, with TXP’s solutions engineering expertise and deep understanding of complex business processes.

The partnership will focus on bringing autonomous operations to mid-market organizations across a range of sectors, from financial services and insurance to healthcare and the public sector.
Using the Otera platform, organizations can rapidly deploy agentic AI workflows using a no/low-code interface. The joint offering from Otera and TXP will be particularly beneficial for those organizations that lack the in-house skills and resources required to build and deploy AI agents effectively.
